Arden developed a passion for acupuncture and holistic medicine after receiving treatment from a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor and experiencing relief that other modalities did not provide.

After studying at the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Arden is licensed as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Registered Acupuncturist — allowing her to prescribe herbal medicine alongside acupuncture treatments.

Arden is precise and thorough when it comes to treating her patients, with a deep belief in the body’s ability to self-regulate. She is trained in the art of acupuncture, electro-stimulation, gua-sha, tuina massage, moxibustion, and variations of cupping.

She enjoys treating various ailments ranging from pain management, hormone regulation, fertility (IVF, IUI, ET, prenatal & postnatal), allergies, digestive issues, mental health struggles, and more.

She is an attentive and patient individual and will try her best to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of during your visit.
