⚠️ Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 fee.

Missing an appointment without notifying us at (226) 931-5524 or via the Contact Form will result in a full charge for your appointment. Missed appointments leave a gap in your practitioner’s schedule that another client could have taken.

Emails & voicemails may take up to 48 hours to be returned.

We are a registered profession — please check your insurance for benefit coverage. We do not offer direct billing; a receipt will be provided upon payment.

🌿 Fertility & Pregnancy
Fertility We will create a treatment plan according to your needs. We generally recommend a 45 min treatment 2–4×/month to address hormonal fluctuations at each phase of your cycle.
1st Trimester During the first trimester we recommend a 45 min treatment 1×/week.
37+ Weeks We recommend a 45 min treatment 2×/week to prepare baby and body for delivery.
